• Assist with day-to-day accounting GL (AP, AR, bookkeeping, etc.)
• Preparing the monthly VAT,WHT return data and generate the report, income tax, and tax payment and reconcile for PND 1, 3 , 53, 54 and PP30, PP36
• Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries
• Supporting solution of other employee's administration problem
• Assist administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
• Manage and file official documents (invoice, vouchers, internal document (RFA, RFP)) 
• Do the bookkeeping on the accounting system and prepares financial statements
• Prepares daily cash balance and monthly bank history with its monthly bank statements
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
• Manage petty cash transactions
• Manage daily balance and control corporate card

• Bachelor's Degree, Major in accounting preferred  
• 1-3 year(s) of experience in financial or administration area
• Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred  
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• High Attention to detail, accuracy essential and diligent personality
• Basic understanding in Accounting and Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Relevant Certification preferred
