We are a growing space technology company in need of an Account Officer who performs the financial bookkeeping and records of an organization. In this role, your responsibilities are to record transactions, payments and expenses, and process invoices. You also send out bills and invoices, follow up overdue payments and ensure that company’s invoices and payments match up correctly.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and process daily invoices, record payments, and track expenses of the organization
• Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Examine bank statements and reconcile them with general ledger entries
• Communicate with customers/suppliers regarding billing and payments
• Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
• Prepare and submit documents to BOI
• Create company financial reports
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders; auditors, government agencies, etc.
• Support general accounting tasks

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required qualifications:

• Thai, 25 to 28 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant subject
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures, BOI, and tax policies
• Familiar with Express accounting software and BOI reports
• Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills

• Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal and team building skills including goal setting and conflict resolution
