Developing and expand the market share of Metal Working Fluid (MWF) and Metal business from existing and competitor customers for Quaker and Houghton products in industrial industries. Identify the pipeline opportunities and develop the value proposition utilizing value selling and service offer knowledge to meet the customer requirement for converting to new business development

• Maintain and develop existing accounts by promoting ways of improving contribution, share of wallet and reducing costs
• Work alongside the rest of the Commercial Team to meet customer and QH expectations and objectives
• Identify prospects and assess product needs whilst supporting product development and research ideas
• Sales and Pricing (when applicable) negotiations with to keep margins at desired levels
• Manage and maintain updated CRM pipeline, prospects, account plans etc
• Responsible for Technical Services to serve the customer requirement and product trial
• Coordinate and implement relevant strategies and activities with sales leader and Global key account team
• Comply with all Company Policies: Safety, Code of Conduct and Ethical
