The Opportunity We have exciting opportunities for Account Executive (Wound Careto join us at ConvaTec Thailand. Position Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for overall business development of Wound Care portfolio, the achievement of Wound target by supporting the Business Manager in establishing and implementing Wound strategy as well as executing marketing initiatives aligned with Product Manager to ensure effectiveness for local business.

Principal Responsibilities 
  • Achieve business results consistently
  • Increase market share in targeted account by designing account specific strategies
  • Develop business plans around identified business opportunities and execute flawlessly
  • Develop budgets, monitor performance and take appropriate action based on the situation
  • Successfully launch new products by meticulously planning, segmenting, targeting and positioning the product
  • Increase awareness and adoption through Professional Education Programs
  • Managing Key Opinion Leaders and other important stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Country Advisory Board or other workgroups
  • Analyse competitors activities and devise appropriate strategies by working with the Product Management and Sales Teams
  • Update company on ConvaTec’s market position and strategies to increase share.
  • Provide feedback on market situation to marketing and sales department and assist in marketing collaterals, marketing campaigns and other promotional activities
  • Desire for continual learning of ConvaTec's product range, competitors’ products, disease state, treatment option and keeping abreast of current standards of care in the marketplace
  • Conduct training programs for ConvaTec's employees and provide clinical expertise when required.
  • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop trust through ethical and consistent behaviour
Job Requirements 
  • MBA / Degree in Marketing
  • At least 5 years of experience with solid sales track record in an MNC in Medical Device (Surgical, Orthopedic, Cardiovascular, Transplants, Neuro)
  • Experience in wound care a must. Preferably with Wound experience from the following institutions: (1) Bangkok - Siriraj/ Rama Chula Rajvithi Army teaching Hospitals (2) Upcountry - Chiangmai University Hospital, Khonken University Hospital, Prince Songkhla Nakarin Hospital
  • Business development & marketing experience in addition to sales influence skills
  • Responsible for a role that requires the support of others – working through others
  • Presentation skills, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated domain expertise in current product line
  • Knowledge of the business cycle and buying procedure
  • Experience in conducting in-service/ training for customer
  • Negotiation skills – contract/ tender experience
  • Knowledge of the region healthcare market including developments and trends
  • Strong commercial awareness – ideally in Wound therapy or surgical business
  • Foundational knowledge or some exposure to marketing and strategy
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) in English and local language
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Adaptable to change, flexible, passion to win (growth), good attitude, positive thinking
  • Commitment to achieve stretch goals and the conviction and passion to excel
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
