1. Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
2. Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
3. Present service to prospective clients.
4. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ relationship.
6. Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
7. Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
8. Be a project manager by co-ordinating with in-house team and outsource team with the close support of our strategic planner.
1. +1 Year of Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role.
2. Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
3. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs is a plus.
4. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
5. Organisational and time-management skills.
6. Can listen, read and speak English.
7. Likes to talk and make friends to new people.
8. BSC or BA in business administration, sales or marketing.
1. Likes to cycle, play tennis, cook, take photograph or play music.
