• ตอบคำถามลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดกรมธรรม์ของลูกค้าและผลประโยชน์ของกรมธรรม์
• รับข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆจากลูกค้า
• ติดตามเอกสารที่จำเป็นจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
• จัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย

• จบการศึกษาขั้นต่ำระดับปริญญาตรี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
• มีจิตใจรักงานบริการ
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจประกัน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
