หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการลูกค้าที่สาขา (ในห้างสรรพสินค้า) ทั้งเรื่องการให้บริการต่างๆแก่ลูกค้า แนะนำวิธีการรวมถึงชี้แจงเอกสารจำเป็นต่างๆในการเปิดบัญชีซื้อ-ขายหลักทรัพย์ หรือผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆที่บริษัทให้บริการ
• ดูแลลูกค้า walk-in ที่มาเปิดบัญชีที่สาขา ร่วมทำกิจกรรมทางการตลาด เช่น งานออกบูธ งานสัมมนา หรือ event ต่าง ๆ
• จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆ ทีเกี่ยวข้องและสรุปรายงานที่จำเป็นแก่สาขาใหญ่
• รับผิดชอบงานอื่น ๆ ตามแต่หัวหน้าฝ่ายจะกำหนด

คุณสมบัติ

• เพศ ชาย/หญิง
• อายุ 25-30 ปี
• วุฒิปวช. ขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการเป็นพนักงานให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
• มีความรู้ด้านภาษาอังกฤษทั้งฟัง พูด อ่านและเขียนในระดับพื้นฐาน
• มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนําการลงทุนตราสารทั่วไป (IC Plain) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีใจรักการบริการ มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• มีบุคลิกภาพดี และมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
• สามารถทำงานในวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
