Responsibility:

•          Responsible for utility systems, in the building, maintenance of machinery, Utility supply section, including equipment and all renovation and repair work.
•          Supervise the installation and expansion of the utility machine.
•          Operate and supervise maintenance work, building utility system, Utility supply machinery, including equipment All for efficiency.
•          Plan spare spare parts for machines in the utility system.
•          Check information on electricity usage and various utility systems of new machinery and planning to install electrical systems and Utility systems to be ready for use.
•          Collecting energy usage data and prepare a report Send to the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency.
•          Control the machine maintenance according to plan.
•          Fixing the same problem repeatedly.
•          Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

  Qualification:

  • Male, age between 28 - 40 years old.
  • Bachelor ‘s degree in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Good knowledge utility equipment, Air compressor, Chiller, Cooling tower and Low voltage Power is a must.
  • Able to work independently and under the pressures of tight deadlines.
  • Experience in Energy.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
