Qualification :

• Age : < 45
• MBA or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.   
  
• Good communication in English both written and spoken (TOEIC >600) and computer literacy is also a must.
• Strong leadership, Troubleshooter and very good for people management skill, hand on and very good Auto CAD, Solid work, Inverter. 
• Knowledge about machine design, project management and strong workshop machine background (Milling, Lathing, Cutting, Bending, Welding)
