Job Description

Our client is a listed company whose business is in real estate, they are currently looking for a VP/AVP Building Management to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for overall operations of property management and facilities management (such as Engineering, Building, Parking, Client Service).
  • Monitoring on operation management day to day and long-term planning.
  • Planning and Monitoring of annual budgets (revenue, expenses, and project).
  • Developing and implementing plans to improve the operational infrastructure of systems, policies, processes, and personnel in alignment with the objectives of our organization.
  • Developing long and short-range maintenance plans/programs like emergency response plans, energy management plans, annual budget, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Min. of 15 years’ experience in Property Management or Facilities Management business.
  • Experience in managing Office Building or Retails would be a plus advantage.
  • Strong Leadership and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicate in English.
