Key Accountabilities:
- Providing accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds customer’s expectation.
- Attending to students’ queries quickly and professionally.
- Assisting the students whenever they needed.
- Checking all visa documents thoroughly as per the Department of Home Affairs rules and regulations.
- Entering all required details and attaching documents onto the Department of Home Affairs software for electronics based visa.
- Preparing documents to be sent to the Department of Home Affairs' agent for paper-based visa processing.
- Checking the visa status on the Department of Home Affairs software for E-visa and Department of Home Affairs' agent website for paper-based visa on a daily basis.
- Promptly informing students and counsellors for additional documents required and any problem that occurred during the whole process.
- Promptly informing student for the visa outcome.
- Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Strong interest in study abroad services.
- Experienced in educational business is an advantage.
- Hard-working and patient.
- Computer literate.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good team player with the ability to take initiative and a service-oriented mindset.
- Good personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
