To manage implementing the day-to-day operations of HR department by providing a wide range of HR services to line departments such as recruitment, benefits administration, activities
and employee relations.
To implement the corporate initiative programs such as High Performer (Monitoring & feedback), Talent & Leadership Review (Sr.Management), career development, performance management system
in line with the company and corporate strategies.
Work with department head to understand professional development needs to increase the overall organizational capabilities.
Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training and development.
Establish, and maintain the company rules and regulation to be aligned with labor law.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Master Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Organization Behavior, Psychology, or other related field.
At Least 10 years of progressively more responsible positions in human resources
Experience supervising and managing a professional staff.
Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.
Experience in organization development and change management.
Expert in employment law and employee relations and communication.
