Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for monitor A/R, Bad Debt, billing, collection and admitting process within company standard
- Effective time management in processing of invoice, receipt etc.
- Supervise and monitor team to maintain master data in SAP system effectively.
- Monitor team performance to ensure all transactions comply with processes, standards, procedures, and SLA & OLA
- Develop and implement policy, processes, standards, and procedures relating to A/R and revenue adjustments to both internal & external parties.
- Develop, implement, and monitor team productivity standards.
- Develop high level management reports of Accounts Receivable for all follow-up, no response, and correspondence key performance indicators with ability to give recommendations to high management level.
- Develop leadership in team to ensure prospect leadership exists within team.
- Regularly monitors data to identify gaps in the operations and works with key parties / departments to resolve the issues. In addition, monitors ongoing issues to ensure new processes are consistently followed and maintained
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in accounting or in related field.
- 10+ years of accounting experience focused on Accounts Receivable with 3 -5 years of experience in manage a big team of accountants.
- Able to meet multiple deadlines with high quality and detail orient.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office incl. Word, Excel, power point and outlook with expert level in SAP System.
- Knowledgeable of Gift card/Gift voucher, receiving, claims, and compliance.
- Excellent in Thai and English communication skills, both verbal and written
