Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility of the operations of the business
• Learn about shops operations with a focus on reducing fail rates, improving profitability and the competitive pricing landscape within e-commerce industry in order to provide direction and input into our future
• Proactively scope and manage multiple projects; takes accountability for project outcomes, ensures team delivers on project KPIs, & keep others informed of progress
• Solve operational issues for top accounts by working with other functions
• Effectively drives key insights and scales processes across region; uses analytical skills to project, generate, and prioritize
• Communicate to senior leaders on projects/priorities; able to organize and lead effective meetings, collect and provides actionable feedback & communicate priorities and goals effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Economics or any STEM field
• At least 4 years of work experience in high growth start ups or tech companies Required attributes, soft and technical skills including ideal candidate's character
• SQL/Tableau knowledge is a plus
• Strong data management skills
• Hands on and ready to take action
• Willing to question the status quo when needed
• Doer and adapt constantly to many change
• Thai National only, with fluency in written & verbal communication skills in English and Thai
