UX/ UI Designer

Accountabilities:            

• Lead user research to identify and understand pain points, requirements, and goals
• Develop personas, user journey mapping, user story as well as establish wireframes and translating them into prototypes
• Rapidly conduct user testing and validation in every steps of the user experience design process as well as iterate your UX/UI designs
• Contextual inquiry, and task analysis
• Identify business/user problems and devise elegant creative solutions
• Translate user-centric concepts into wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Create user interfaces for applications based on the user needs gathered from the research.
• Expand product visions by researching, conceiving, sketching and prototyping user experiences for digital products for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Collaboratively work with Product Owners, Sponsors, Scrum master, UX researcher as well as other team members to understand their digital product roadmaps and requirements and ensuring the UX/UI design is tightly integrated into the roadmaps
• Work with cross-functional product development teams to build designs that meet their requirements
• Improve understanding and adoption of human-centered design (HCD)
• Develop, communicate, and enforce user experience guidelines for each of our digital solutions
• Support team members in coaching people to identify and understand the user needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any related fields
• 3-5 years experience with user experience design, user interface design, interaction and/or product design. Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with UX/UI design complex solutions for complete digital environments
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who has willingness to learn news skill, open-minded and self-motivated, but being a good team player with a professional presence
• Graphical and Visual design skills, including hands on experience with diverse set of software such as Sketch*, Adobe suite*, OmniGraffle*, InVision* or other tools for wireframing, concept development, visual design and prototyping
• Ability to work with the product owner and end users to understand detailed requirements
• Experience with user experience research, conducting 1:1 qualitative interview, focus group, concept testing, usability testing, A/B testing and rapid prototyping 
• Experience in using industry best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of application design
• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, as well as usability and accessibility concerns
• Fully understand and familiar working with Agile concept with scrum framework are preferable
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, solutions and iterations to teams and stakeholders
• Good command of English (TOEIC score 600 and above)
