执行和跟进门店的日常运营,包括但不限于店外市场活动及销售渠道拓展活动等。
1. Accompany users and their friends who visit the store throughout the entire process, ensure a good interactive experience, and convey GWM values;
2. Understand user needs and pass on potential users to sales consultants/product experts to continue their services;
3. Assist sales consultants and product experts provide , including test rides and other activities;
4. Assist users in redeeming gifts with points, and keep inventory sufficient and clean;
5. Provide high-quality services to users and create a pleasant experience that exceeds customer expectations;
6. Collection and analysis information of users and potential users, and manage customers in a hierarchical manner and provide customer care regularly;
7. Member club management, innovative application of big data, centering on customer perception, and provide customers with surprising services;
8. Recommended user center solutions, such as App and membership services, establish long-term and stable partnerships with users;
9. Assist sales consultants/product experts and other team partners to solve user problems and complaints;
10. Perform and follow up the daily operations of the store, including but not limited to off-site marketing activities and sales activities.
Qualifications
1. Outgoing and caring, elegant in conversation, likes to communicate with others, excellent communication skills, able to talk easily in a group;
2. Able to create an excellent user experience in a very active environment, energetic;
3. Have good customers communication skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints;
4. Have a strong team spirit;
5. Have good self-management and self-learning skills.
