Job Description

Our client is a well known Financial Services company in Thailand. Currently recruiting for an experienced Training and Development professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying staff training and development needs, and for planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate training that supports the achievement of the organization's business goals. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and expand training programs
  • Work closely with the team to create training programs
  • Manage costs of training programs within budgets
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training programs to evaluate and measure results
  • Develop induction programs for new employees, apprentices, and graduate trainees
  • Work closely with manager to monitor and review the progress of training programs
  • Plan, organize, facilitate, and order supplies for employee development and training programs
  • Research new methodologies and technologies in training
  • Create and deliver a range of e-learning programs
  • Assist line manager to solve any training problems
  • Collaborate with business manager and HR department

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  • At least 5 - 10 years of experience in Training and Development department
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement theory
  • Experience in setting up and introducing new employee engagement platforms
  • Good communication skill in Thai and English both writing and speaking
  • Able to work under pressure, independent and service mind
