Job Description

Successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and developing training program for call center Team. Oversees training activities and identifying problem, if there is any, to improve future training and ensure that everything is aligned with the plan.

Responsibility:

  • Develop short and long term plans for Call Center Team. 
  • Designing and assessing training programs for both soft-hard skill training.
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
  • To review and evaluate, training programs for compliance with quality objectives and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • At least 5 years’ professional experience in Training, with knowledge in E-wallet, Fin-tech, Call Call Center.
  • Having experience in develop and organize training manuals or other educational materials will be advantage.
  • Expert in MS Office with strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keep up with a new tool of training and Technology.
  • Can travel occasionally.
