Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide basic generic POSM (Sales talker, wobbler, etc.) sales Support Material (Sales kit, Merchandising Guidelines)
  • Manage and Evaluation overall BTL activities for in-store activation, Sampling, Roadshow and Premium
  • Ensure good implementation of all promotional campaigns at stores by Sales team and Merchandising
  • Support MT/TT Event as Pet Expo, Pet Expo Championship and Pet Mart
  • Prepare and monitor trade program i.e. Rebate program together with sales team
  • Prepare price structure / sales brief to sales team and setting special promotion in SAP
  • Administer and Monitor A&P Budgets by channel by category in part of TMKT
  • Summary commission of sales team in monthly basis
  • Propose sponsorship program and get approval for pet food shop
  • Provide sales report by channel by format in monthly basis
  • Market Visit, Audit and Evaluate the in-store execution and activation
  • Male or female, age 23 - 40 years old.
  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • At least 1-3 years experience of Trade Marketing
  • Good command of English
  • Computer literacy; Microsoft office
  • Good service mind, work under pressure, enthusiastic, eager to learn
