What you will be accountable for:

  • Insight and understanding into TT consumers and customers
  • Insight via analysis of the drivers of commercial performance
  • Develop annual channel and customer calendars that will deliver the business objectives, built on rigorous understanding of what each initiative, activity and sales driver will deliver.
  • Sales driver execution standards including distribution, range, space, visibility, price, persuasion and promotion. Set minimum and perfect store standards for Commercial teams to achieve.
  • Track execution and performance to ensure plans deliver expected outcomes and optimize ROI of our channel investment.
  • Lead our annual internal Joined Up Business Planning process and lead our customer Joint Business Planning engagement process with key customers.
  • Work cross functionally with Consumer Marketing for brand platforms, Shopper Marketing for shopper programs, Category Development for category initiatives to input into plans, and with Activation and Commercial teams to ensure full execution of plans.
  • Budget management of full channel investment excluding trade agreements.

What you need to bring to this role:

  • A background in Commercial and / or Finance in Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Experience with commercial planning and customer joined up planning.
  • A track record in roles that require analytical thinking, data analysis and measurement & evaluation.
  • A good understanding of all potential drivers of performance for FMCG brands.
  • Good commercial understanding, P&L literacy, strong numerical skills, a high level of computer literacy and previous experience of financial/data are important.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead high performing cross functional team
  • Strong English and presentation skills along with fluent Thai.
  • Bachelor Degree (preferably Master) with more than 5 years relevant experience.
