Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Develop plan for Sales and Marketing Mechanic to support brand in both Department Store and MBS (Multi Brand Shop) channel
  • Study the possibility to expand products into new MBS channel
  • Plan and implement on special event activity to create additional sales and increase awareness
  • Create communication plan and promotional material to support both new product launch as well as promotional items
  • Work with sales, marketing, and plan and implement product launches and supporting promotions and executional plans
  • Develop plan for CRM activity and customer management
  • Maximize A&P budget utilization in effective ways in order to achieve target
  • Evaluate and review monthly promotion results and recommend corrective action


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
  • Male/Female, age between 28 years old up
  • Minimum 1 years experiences in Trade Marketing is advantage
  • Able to work under high pressure and good problem solving skill.
  • Must be self-motivated, high confident, creativity, initiative, proactive and positive working attitude.
  • Self-starter, good personality, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in weekend.
  • Strong command in English and computer literacy.
