Job Description

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality for all software development life cycle (SDLC) phases
• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each project/application
• Defining the testing activities for testers or test engineers
• Managing resources for testing
• Review test scenarios/cases and test coverage matrix
• Enable keeping the version of tested software, bug tracking and performing end-to-end software testing processes
• Investigate issues and co-ordinate till an issue resolution
• Evaluate exit criteria for each test level
• Provide guidance to test team by recommending tools and processes to automate other activities; such as, test management, reporting, test data generation and defect management

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
• 15+ years of software testing experiences across applications or development platforms
• At least 5 years experiences in leading a test team
• Experience in Test Automation for both Automated Functional and Performance testing is preferable
• Advanced knowledge in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes along with knowledge of SDLC
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problems solving ability
• Good communication in English
      • ISTQB or CSTE or CASQ certification is a plus

Technical Skill :
      • ALM (Application Life Cycle Management Tool)
      • JIRA
      • Test Management Tool.
