Job Description


We’re looking for a Demand Acquisition Specialist to pilot and execute on acquisition/lead generation execution level. 

The goal is to contribute in generating sales and new partnership opportunities for our company with qualitative incoming and outbound approaches to leads daily to increase qualified leads and sales opportunities. 

The job is mainly digital but also involves offline activities ( e.g.l networking and event organization). You will act as the primary first contact to the Heroleads brand and company to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and opportunities through inbound/outbound approach and also explore new potential lead lists for the business consultant team to be  able to build up a strong pipeline for the team. 

Your job objective is to answer and manage any queries from the prospects. You must also have skills  to clearly break down client requests into business goals and communicate very meticulously to the sales and marketing team.  

What’s your responsibility? 

  • Receive inbound calls, chat, email and other future  lead enquiry channels to make an outbound call to presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. 
  • Reach weekly targets for calls and emails to make and meetings secured for the business consult team 
  • Utilise alternative communication channels like Linkedin to reach executives and management lead profiles. 
  • Answer questions about the company, products or services and convince the client to build the first introduction and requirement meeting for the business consult team.
  • Report weekly performance regarding quality of marketing qualified leads and weekly feedback sales unit regarding closed deals from outbound marketing with lead journey path analysis. 
  • Utilize Hubspot as lead management, reporting and measurement tool for marketing campaigns 
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Comfortable working with CRM Manager alongside email automation systems, in a email and call setup to generate interest from client side
  • Able to generate leads from warm calling lists such as our company hosted webinars and events
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Minimum requirements:

  • Female only ( 25 - 32 years old)
  • Proven 2 years experience as Telesales OR Telecustomer service for 3 years
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Experience of Digital Marketing would be advantageous (Strategy, Media Planning, Report and Analysis)
  • Good knowledge of data or CRM management salesforce (will be considered)
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects regarding technology and digital marketing innovation 
  • Excellent knowledge of Thai and English communication
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
