    General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Participate in the analysis of the public cloud customer base:
    (1) Focus on the customer base, assist the supervisor in the research of the consumer market, and analyze the characteristics of the customer base;
    (2) Refine the positioning of the target customer base, assist in the formulation of the target customer base, and Product price system matching with the company's pricing system;

    (3) Proportional analysis and preference analysis of target customer groups, assistance in designing product promotion and advertising plans, product channel construction and promotion steps, channel incentive policies, and related service systems Support, etc.;
    (4) Collect, organize, and summarize market conditions, prices, and information materials such as new products, substitutes, and customers;

    2. Assist supervisors in preparing sales plans:
    (1) Assist in analyzing market research content and determining sales plans direction;
    (2) to help make the cost of sales forecasting, sales budget execution;
    (3) plans to develop sales goals, determine the varieties of programs and plans based on market sales target market research reports;
    (4) the development of arrangements to promote the progress of work table conduct sales assistance programs;

    3. the implementation of customer relationship maintenance support work process:
    1) collect customer information, the relationship between the department and the customer is responsible for coordination;
    (2) the timely processing of some of the more simple customer requests, and make the appropriate return visit work;
    (3) market feedback to sales managers and executives and Customer-related information, assist sales manager to deal with customers' daily work;
    (4) Assist in maintaining credit and sustainable cooperation between departments and customers;
    (5) Manage customer data for information exchange and cooperation;

    4. Assist in the completion of the public cloud sales target:
    (1) Assist the sales staff to do the reception and telephone visits of the on-site customers, and timely report the customer information when the sales staff is absent, and complete the door-to-door or visit communication of the target customers;
    (2) Help the operation department to solve problems arising from communication with customers, confirm customer needs, mobilize internal resources of the company to provide customers with customized solutions;
    (3) Conduct management of customer data, including data collection and analysis, corresponding power back, direct mail and feedback work product information;
    (4) is responsible for the customer, the customer complaint records, assist the relevant departments to properly handle;
    (5) in charge of after-sales dunning work.

     

    Candidate Requirement:

    • Have good speech skills
    • Clear expression skills and certain public cloud related product knowledge
    • Understanding cloud computing and ICT technology, public cloud, internet industry.
    • Know how to use Microsoft office and related OA system.
    • Study hard, be proactive, have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
    • Mandatory: English and Thai, optional: Chinese
