Job Description

Job description and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our partners and end user with existing technical support ecperince.
  • Implement and ultimately deliver in an ongoig basis our technical support program for our various products.
  • Have a good understanding of IT support/help desk systems.
  • Contribute to product inovation via feedback from our customer.
  • Manage users blockchain nodes and infrastructure service across a number of cloud service providers.

Job requirements:

  • Excelant verble and written communication skills (English)
  • Proven ability to resolve technical issue raised by clients in an efficient and effective manner
  • Testing and documenting software, major release and bog fixes
  • Experience with setting up and configuring Docker containers
  • Mention any other relevant skills that are preferred but not required.
