Job Description

Providing technical supports for sales activity, pre and after sales service to customer with proper solutions

  • Execute technical support activities including installation, testing, commissioning, repair, modifications, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, engineering change upgrades, etc.
  • Field or remote support for partners and client, company systems, projects and products.
  • Handle fault call service and customers’ claims from technical and administrative point of view.
  • Analyze and provide advice for customers’ existing equipment status and recommended replacement schedules.
  • Schedule, according with partners, clients and sales team, preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to understand customer requirements and to provide after-sales support.
  • Co-operate with QA department and Logistic department for product testing and replacement.
  • Provide training on the job, products and services demonstration to partner or client.
  • Use company tools and procedure for troubleshooting, testing and maintenance.
  • Record the activity with appropriate documentation and on company CRM.
  • Produce technical presentations and demonstration.
  • Be update in term of company products and competitor products present on market.
  • Produce technical presentations and demonstration.
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous, and complex projects.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum experience 2 years in tech support/testing/install/commissioning electrical project.
  • Knowledge in home automation systems or low voltage systems will be a strong plus.
  • Good personality, relationship and communication skills
  • Good command in both language Thai and English.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, Internet, E-mail.
  • Experience with technical software like CAD, and CRM will be a plus.
  • Possess driving license.
