Job Description

We are looking for Technical Support Engineer

Base in Ratchada, Bangkok, Thailand.

Skills Required:

  • At least 1 year of work experience is preferred
  • Passionate about IoT, CCTV, IT and customer service
  • Passionate, hard-working, detail oriented and willing to learn
  • Business analysis, report creation and use of Microsoft office applications
  • Critical and analytical skills 

Job Description:

  • To work with the sales team on tasks
  • Provide the first line support to the client’s users on any Technical related issues on Line group, Facebook Fan page, etc.
  • To create trouble shooting, problem solving reports
