Job Description

One of the global software companies is recruiting for a professional candidate who has strong sales skills with a proven track record of sales achievement, selling the IT software, or related product for the Sales Manager position.

The shortlisted candidate must have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to communicate, present, and influence credibility and virtually at all organization levels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing the business plan and strategy for the Thailand market
  • Generating new business and achieve the assigned revenue.
  • Capturing all required information in the CRM tool
  • Maintaining the robust sales pipelines through creating sales opportunities starting from the cold call to close the deal
  • Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Building and driving the sales processes and developing the quotations and proposals
  • Building strategic customer relationships to understand customers’ pains/requirements
  • Achieving sales strategies and objectives.
  • Presenting the sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Managing key accounts, opportunities, and deal registrations with channel partners
  • Manage healthy relationships with channel partners and with key customers
  • Channel enablement, Channel growth
  • Working closely with regional marketing manager on marketing events, user’s conferences, and tradeshows
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferable
  • A minimum of 7 years as sales in engineering software with a proven track record
  • Experience in negotiating sales contracts with key accounts
  • Fluent in Thai and English
  • Possess experience in selling CAD/ CAM/ CAE software is preferable  
  • Possess a strong relationship with the client in the manufacturing/ automotive industries is an advantage
  • Be an aggressive salesperson
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Pleasing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude toward team working and willing to work hard.
