รับแจ้งปัญหาจากผู้ใช้งานทั้งภายในและภายนอก เช่น หน่วยงานราชการ แผนกวิศวกรรม แผนกติดตั้งระบบ
-
บันทึกการรับแจ้งปัญหาลงระบบ Service desk
-
ตรวจสอบการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ได้รับแจ้งจากระบบ Service desk
-
ติดตามความคืบหน้าในการแก้ไขปัญหา
-
จัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณสมบัติ
-
สัญชาติไทย ยินดีรับทุกเพศ
-
วุฒิ ปวส.- ป.ตรี สาขาการไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
-
ประสบการณ์ด้าน Helpdesk Support, Technical Support อย่างน้อย 1 ปี

พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษหากเคยใช้โปรแกรม ServiceDesk Plus
-
สามารถใช้ Microsoft ได้ในระดับดี ทั้ง Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (Pivot)
-
มีทักษะในการติดตามงาน ทักษะในการประสานงาน และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
-
ชอบทำงานกับตัวเลข ถนัดงานคิดวิเคราะห์

สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
