Job Description
Job duties:
Technical support, seminar and problem-solving of customer and Sales Engineer, Problem Unit checking
Bachelor's Engineering Major Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or Control Engineering
Own car and driving license
Technical support, seminar and problem-solving of customer and Sales Engineer, Problem Unit checking
- Provides technical assistance to sales to maximize support customers.
- Respond to requests for emergency set up and services to settle machine problem.
- Provide technical assistance to customer regarding installation, operation, support, repair and maintenance.
- Develop and further expand technical knowledge and expertise, currently recognized industry standards for engineering ability not only yourself but also your team members.
Bachelor's Engineering Major Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or Control Engineering
Own car and driving license
Male : age 25 – 27 years old
More than 1 year of experience in PLC is preferable
Knowledge of PLC programing, PLC communication (Ethernet, RS-232C) and computer basic programing language (C.VB.C++)
Good command in spoken and written in English ( or TOEIC 550 up)
