Responsible for strategically leveraging, project planning, sales driven in supportive of the business to achieve corporate strategies and goals as well as ensure business continuity through performing several roles:

1. Planner

·      Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects

• Assist in coordinating the specific objectives of the Project Plan with concern functional departments.
• Responsible for assisting in project planning, strategic planning and manpower utilization.

2. Quality control

• Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems.

·         Evaluate all feedback/comments for quality improvement and escalate issues if required

• Overseeing and coordinating daily prioritization of QC testing, including scheduling of staff and equipment

3. Collaborations and Monitoring

• Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.

4. Relationship management
