Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all matters related to international tax and local Thai tax compliance, tax planning and tax efficiency of the company.
- Manage all tax matters through the implementation of efficient tax management strategies designed to optimize tax payments while meeting all tax reporting obligations and complying with both legislative and corporate requirements.
- Reviewing Taxation Monthly report to Revenue Department (VAT, Withholding Tax, CIT)
- Ensure all operations/functions are carried out effectively at all times in accordance with SOX, both local & corporate internal policies and local legal requirements.
- Manage all BOI & Customs matters through privilege optimization and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Taxation, Financial, Accounting, or related field
- More than 10 years relevant industry experience, experiences from tax consultancy (Big 4 firm) is preferred.
- Had experience of US GAAP and SOX are highly desirable.
- A proactive and energetic professional with positive attitude and passion
- Proactive and working with a sense of urgency.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
