Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage full life-cycle of "Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Processes" across a variety of levels and functions
(Agricultural, Plantation, Breeder, R&D, Engineering, BD, Data Analytic, Procurement, Management Trainee Positions
)
Work closely with HR - Compensation & Benefit Team for calculating and reviewing "Salary Structure" before offering Salary & Package
including negotiate the Offered Salary with candidates to end "Recruitment Process"
Input "New Hired Employees" in the company's core system and handle any administrative document
Build "Proactive Recruitment Chanel" and "Employer Branding" by organizing "Roadshow or Open-House Event for Campus Recruitment
& Networking" and initiating "Internship & Referral Programs
Keep tracking of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and ROI) and create "Job Closing and Recruitment Status Reports
including prepare "Recruitment Budget"
Work as one of “Working Team Member” in any HR Projects as “Modular Organization & Empowerment Strategy”
Manage and improve “Probation’s Workflow and Process” and conduct an “Exit Interview" for employees who are leaving the company
Be responsible for any ad-hoc assignments and initiative HR Projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration or any Related Fields
7+ years of working experiences in "Talent Acquisition & Recruitment" and "Employer Branding & University Networking" with solid recruitment
experience in Agricultural Positions would be an advantage!
