Job Description


  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Creativity in sourcing passive and active talents in targeted sourcing tools.
  • Continuously improving talent acquisition process and determining best recruiting practices.
  • Assist in employee retention and development.
  • Achieve recruitment target of self and team.
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  • Coordinating with other HR function and another department.
  • Other ad-hoc as required. 


  • 28 - 35 years old with Bachelors in any field.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
  • High motivation and absolute reliability, Result oriented, Discrete manner, and fast learning.
  • Good communication skills, A leader and strategic thinker and proactive attitude.
  • Good knowledge of labor law.
