Job Description

Job Detail:

  • Search and match qualified candidates, through company database, social media channels, job board websites, job fair and other resources. Look for alternate search options if necessary.
  • Screen candidate and conduct first screening interview
  • Contact candidates, interview arrangement with a hiring manager and coordinate debrief after interviews.
  • Supporting a Job Fair, Virtual career.
  • Design job advertising.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the Supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Fourth-year university student is welcome)
  • 0-1 years in Recruitment or HR function.
  • Computer literacy especially MS-Office (Ms-word, Ms-Excel, Ms-Power point)
  • Able to use Photoshop, Illustrator, and experienced Design skills will be advantage.
  • Possesses service minded, result-oriented, active, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
