- Gathering requirements with user, analyze and design PLT functional specification according to requirements align with RHO Functional specification.                                                                                                           

-  Analyzing and translating requirements into IT requirement specification for development team.           

-  Works closely with developers, tester and a variety of IFRS17 business users to ensure technical compatibility and meet satisfaction.                                                                                                                                   

-  Developing the business process mapping, workflow, process flow and high-level diagrams.                      

-  Join Daily Meeting & Weekly Meeting with Customer.                                                                                

- Good Communication & Speaking with Regional Customer of India, Hongkong, Taiwan.
