Systems analysts implement, maintain, and support IT systems to meet the business needs of organizations and scale as organizations grow. To analyze and create tests, and develop specifications and requirements for developers and programmers to follow, which usually is not involved directly in software or hardware development.

Systems analysts will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, information technology, engineering, or information systems. Systems analysts oftentimes advance into project management roles. Must have excellent analytical skills and are creative problem solvers.

• Coordinate with business, internal and external stakeholders to understand the business requirement
• Understand business requirements thoroughly and provide hands-on expertise and leadership to gather and analysis the requirements and translate into functional specifications, database design, API interface specification.
• Control solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers
• Guide and provide support to users on operating system and related queries.
• Document all observations and regularly provide status reports on existing systems.
• Keep up with current technological trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with business user, IT team i.e. QA and Development team to produce IT systems.
• Participate actively in planning our iterative based on project management process.
• Develop TEST CASES in accordance with established standard.
• Ensure all activities are in accordance with budget plans and timelines.

• At Least Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years experiences working with information technologies and systems analysis
• Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database

               maintenance and administration

• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing

               new applications and systems

• Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages
• Excellent in analytical skills
