Job Description

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Work as operation call center to accept phone call from stores and coordinate with relates team to solve all operation issues
  • Work as service desk operator to check all operation issues and give answers or assign to relates team to solve issues for stores
  • Generate call center report on regular basis
  • Contact stores sometimes to check any information requested from HO
  • Support any of business request to support store issues data for HO colleagues

Skill & Experience required

  • Bachelor’s degrees in any fields.
  • Communication skills
  • Good service mind
  • IT – EXCEL
  • IT – StoreLine system / RPM / RMS
