- Responsible for operating and investment budget of the Supply Chain Department
- Responsible for all supply chain costs
- Responsible for the inventory accuracy
- Supporting the VP Foam SC & Operations on sourcing & procurement
- Prepare and execute negotiation events seeking best contracts and beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers
- Responsible for meeting internal and external customer requirements related to the supply chain performance
- Responsible for effective communication with external customers
- Responsible for customer reporting
- Manage performance claims towards the suppliers
- Work with Marketing & Sales to improve forecast accuracy
- Work actively with R&D to integrate innovation elements from suppliers into KGI´s innovation and supply chain processes.
- Responsible for all supply chain and procurement processes; order-to-cash cycle & procure-to-pay cycle
- Responsible for effective communication with other departments
- Responsible for effective KPI reporting
- Responsible for supply chain automation.
- Procure chemical raw materials
- Perform supplier market analysis, category analysis, and supply risk analysis
- Develop PU understanding, as well as the map of how sourcing process and channels work within the industry and identify improvements to be targeted
- Perform vendor rating process and vendor management
- Ensure effective contract management
- Lead the planning and regular contract SLA reviews with suppliers and other functional partners such as quality
- Responsible for recruitment, hiring, staff development, work scheduling, evaluation, discipline, salary recommendations, terminations, and retention of staff
- Ensure adequate qualitative and quantitative resources are available to successfully execute business plans
- Responsible for setting employee goals in line with business plans and personal development plan, review employee performance, giving appraisals and discussing career perspectives
- Provide situational leadership to empower and motivate employees and stimulate cooperation within the organization
- Being a role-model for all employees by actively demonstrating the importance of corporate values and compliance.

- Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Language: English (must), Thai is a plus.
- Supply Chain Management & Procurement (chemicals preferred)
- Polyurethane Industry knowledge (plus)
- International management in dynamic industrial environments
- Total relevant experience at least 5+ years
- Management experience at least 3+ years
- Experience in supply chain management in manufacturing environment (process industry is plus)
- Experience in procurement (chemicals is a plus)
- Experience in international (Asian) manufacturing set-up and improvement
