Responsibilities:
- Forecast and order the correct stock at the right time and improve vendor service level to be in line with the company target.
- Manage and controlling stock availability and stock level
- Coordinate with event manage to ensure stock availability during seasonal/ or event period.
- Manage ordering volume to be in line with DC work load plan
- Meet with key vendor in order to improve their service level
- Investigate and analysis Aging stock and reducing for High value stock
- Review and ensure for underlying &Promotion Stock Availability, LM and optimize volume to DC and review DC GAP
- Monitor, explore and provide action plan to fix the root cause of availability problem at both DC and stores
- Manage inventory of Store supply product and Marketing material (ie. Club card, Promotion poster)
- Work closely with commercials and suppliers on Vendor Service Performance (VDP) including On Time in Full (OTIF)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 5-8 Years’ experience of retail business background/other related supply chain and inventory management
- Knowledge in planning system and experience in implement planning
- Strong technical knowledge of Ordering System
- Experience in using analysis to identify and implement opportunities to improve processes
- Proficient in English skills
- Possess leadership
