Job Description

Are you an energetic Telesales Leader? We're looking for a Supervisor, Telesales who lead the hunting telesales team. You will play a meaningful role and be part to grow dtac business (B2B) by executing sales strategy for team.

Key Accountability:

  • Plan and drive existing customer growth strategy, customer retention, upselling activities and planning of key accounts.
  • Provide necessary support and enforce dtac way of selling to ensure best customer experiences and CRM
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Create a detailed, accurate and predictable sales forecast through provided digital platform
  • Support to execute sales training that enable your team to achieve their potential while supporting company objectives
  • Monitor team performance, provide ongoing feedback and apply clear, consistent performance standards aligned with sales goals with report (Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis)


  • At least 5 year experiences with solid experiences in Tele-sales management
  • Good command of English, both written and communication to high level customers result-oriented, high energetic, customer centric, outstanding positive attitude and growth mindset
  • A structured personality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High competency: leadership, people development, strategic thinking, data analytical, problem solving, initiative and follow through.
