Job Description

Strategic Marketing


  • Research and track market trends/brands on an ongoing basis; keep abreast of new product launches, promotions, advertising, etc.
  • Create and maintain competitive analyses including line diagnosis, SKU counts, pricing analyses, product/shade rankings, mix of business reports, etc.
  • Create product profiles that provide key marketing ingredients and functions, efficacy, viscosity, and fragrance preferences with R&I formulator
  • Ability to think strategically about cosmetics product development to propose strong ideas relevant for the brands in today’s marketplace. And manage presentation materials to present customers


  • Minimum 3 years relevant marketing and product development
  • Work experience in beauty/cosmetics branding and product marketing such as relevant product development
  • Cosmetic R&D background is highly required
  • Excellent Power Point and Presentation Skills
  • Fluent in English communication

Working Time & Welfare 

  • Mon – Fri 08.00 – 17.00
