Job Description


  • Responsible on project bases and coordinate between vendor and internal department
  • Follow up and optimize requirement from user’s point of view
  • Knowledgeable of user experience and design
  • Prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarize information and find solution
  • Being a 2nd line support upon digital tools
  • Contribute training to user and guideline how does the tool works
  • Manage tool on  MS-Office and google form  to generate  business presentation, manual book, survey and etc.


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing communication and online campaign and/or related fields including public relations, research, digital marketing and/or brand marketing, advertising, management consulting
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Experienced in digital campaign tools
  • Solution-oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Good communication in English both spoken and written
  • Advanced knowledge in MS-Office Experience
  • Having experience in Insurance, finance & banking industry are preferable
