Job Description:
- Execute the end to end process in store set up and store renovation
- To make sure that all TMS (Tesco Lotus Money Services) store aspect are set up or renovated smoothly and effectively within the appointed timeline
- Work cross functional with related team in TMS and Tesco Lotus to support and promote TMS
- Implement and support renovation installing TMS counter, EPP (Electronic Presentment and Payment) counter, OPM (Online Payment) in all project such as new store, future store, value transformation store, relocation store
- Review and working with TMS team and Tesco Lotus team to implement
- Promotion Pack of Tesco Lotus Visa and Tesco Premier, EPP Installment, Spending promotion
- Promotion Pack of Auto insurance and Life insurance, including Personal Assurance, Extended warranty, Compulsory Insurance, Personal Assurance
- Other related operation packs
- Produce, review, communication and sending TMS news to store via Specific news, Daily news, Weekly news and internal communication to Tesco Lotus HQ and DC
- Coordinate and working with Legal and Mall to get permit to open new TMS counter in new store and new/renew contract with the proper offer
- To provide report and checklist report to governance meeting ie Review, improve and get feedback after grand opening
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or any related functions
- Minimum 7 years of experience in retail, credit card or insurance broker business
- Must have experience in setting up new store and store renovation
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with excellent organizational and time management
- Attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to handle multiple tasks with can do attitude
Work Location : 3
Days at KSPO, BTS Ploenchit and 2 Days at Tesco Lotus (HO), Sukhaphiban
