Job Description

Candidates for this position will be jointly selected by Eastern HSR and FS (www.fsinternational.it). Selected candidates will have the opportunity to be employed in the Operation and Maintenance of railways forming part of the Eastern HSR Three Airports Project to the highest international standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the revenue matters in his/her station
  • Conducting the necessary accounting tasks at the station
  • Ensuring that the necessary supplies for the AFC equipment are ready and sufficient at all times
  • Directly reports to Station Master
  • Directly supervises Station Officers
  • Is responsible for cash and ticket stock security matters
  • Supervises cash and ticketing handling of the TVM's
  • Supervises cash collection
  • Supervises the overall reconciliation of cash and tickets
  • Implements ticketing and cash handling procedures
  • Supervises Station Officers related to ticketing and cash handling procedures
  • Initiates the timely supply of consumables for the AFC equipment
  • Ensuring that the necessary supplies for the AFC equipment assets are ready and sufficient at all times
  • Deputizes for the Station Controller, as required
  • Supervises, monitors and handles the equipment in the SOR during the absence of the Station Controller
  • Acts as Incident Manager, as required
  • Conducting the necessary accounting tasks at the station’s assets
  • Follows the rules for safety at work and the regulations of the Rule book
  • Assist in carrying out controlled/uncontrolled/emergency evacuation of passengers.
  • Render all possible assistance to customers, those with special accessibility needs.
  • Provide ticket and train service information and respond to passenger enquiries
  • Provide safe, reliable, convenient and comfortable railway journeys to the users of the Airport link
  • Meet and greet customers and provide a highly visible and proactive level of customer service.

Qualifications;

Skills and Knowledge:

  • A mature, proactive, and responsible approach to work with initiative and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to liaise in a professional and persuasive manner with staff at all levels in the organization.
  • Basic understanding of station operations and associated activities.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills required for the role.
  • Ability to understand complex systems and possess good IT skills; Technical/Computer Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Visio, Mindjet Manager, and Outlook required.
  • Good problem-Solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experiences in front line customer service in the transportation sector

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline.

Eastern High-Speed Rail Linking Three Airports Co., Ltd (EHSR) is the operator of the High-Speed Rail Linking Three airports (Donmuang, Suvarnabhumi and U-Tapao) project which is set to be the major transport infrastructure development in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) investment zone. EHSR is the first company that the Royal Thai Government agrees to develop the valued 224,544 million baht high-speed rail project under the public-private partnership program (PPP) with 50 years contract.
