Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations or practice that is aligned with company's policy and labour law.
• Assists in resolution of disciplinary action and ensures that are carried out in line with company policies and law.
• Handle the activities and communication of Regulatory and Investigation functions with employee all level.
• Implement and/or support projects related the disciplinary, regulatory and investigation e.g. Absenteeism reduction program, White factory etc.
• Record disciplinary action data and prepare report.
• Perform other relate duties as required.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Political Science or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations field; background in manufacturing will be preferable.
• Good knowledge in labor law and other concerned law, rules and regulations.
• Able to build strong relationship with employees.
• Good English communication skills is a must
• Initiative and analytical skills.
• Able to work well with under high pressure within limited timeline.
