•Support users on Zanroo’s software both internal and external (Thai and international customer) and following up on open issues with Developer team.
•UAT Testing before release any update to customer to understand what’s going to update or feedback to Product Owner or Developer
•Documenting & training on Zanroo’s Products
•Graduate in computer science or a related field.
•Basic usage for MS Office.
•Passion in learning new technologies and new challenges.
•Service-minded and well teamwork.
•Good in English both written and speaking will be plus.
