Job Description

Responsibilities

  •       Manage All Social Media platform including project, campaign and day to day activities
  •       Daily monitor, engage and response to users comments and inquiries on each social mediachannels to maintain good brand reputation.
  •       Coordinate with internal team for content, curate and manage all published content (image, video and caption)
  •       Propose & manage online activity and manage winners. (if any)
  •       Report and analyze current social trends & community outcomes for further recommendations.
  •       Be the expert to advise a knowledge of Social Media to a cross-functional team and coach junior staff in the team to enhance their skills & knowledge.
  •       Coordinate and assist other team members in content creation & brainstorming.

Requirement 

  •       A Thai National with Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Media Production, Arts or other related field.
  •       Excellent communication & customer service skills with a ‘Work Hard Play Hard’ attitude
  •       Good understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LINE, Instagram, ETC.
  •       Highly responsible and able to work under pressures as a team player.
  •       A passion for digital marketing Well-organized Positive and open-minded / Be creative!! / Love to learn.
  •       Good MS Office skills be a must.
