SITE MANAGER 

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Manager in the home office, the Site Manager shall be responsible for the overall site supervision of the power plant construction and erection and management of the Owner’s Engineer site team, consisting of one or several civil and electrical site engineers.

The qualifications and requirements for the position are:

• A minimum of Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years’ experience in site management of construction and erection works in power plant or other complex industrial type construction projects
• Prior experience in solar PV project construction
• Good experience in handling of health, safety and environmental aspects of the project construction
• Experience in handling of site QA/QC procedures, material receiving procedures, material handling and storage, etc.
• Strong leadership personality with good communication skills
• Fluent in English; local language skills in either Thailand, Malaysia or Indonesia is an advantage
