Responsibilities

• Manage all parts of construction project plan
• Oversee building works according to the construction plan
• Supervise Foreman and contracted staffs
• Provide technical advice and solve problem on site
• Prepare site reports and fill in other paper works

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer
• At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate/ Property Developer
• Speed to plan and deliver results
• Work hard and ready to change
